For the last couple of months I have been having dizzy spells that last anywhere from 15 sec. to a minute, 3 or 4 a week. The other day I had two within a 3 hour period. Shortly after the second one I got a pounding headache and felt like I just bottomed out (like total exhaustion) All I wanted to do was go to bed and stay there but was at work. I ate something thinking this would help but it didn t. I didn t start to recover from symptoms until about 5 hours later, felt a little better. I am generally healthy with the exception of being overweight.
