Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dizziness

Gradually over the last few months I have been experiencing a lot dizziness or lightheadedness, especially if I look down then look up. I have been stumbling or having a loss of balance briefly while standing. The dizziness causes mild nausea when it happens. The symptoms have gotten worse over the last week and are happening more times than not when I get up. Because of the symptoms, I have been getting up slowly but the symptoms.continue. I do have a hx of bulging, herniated discs in back and deterioration in hip joints. I am 50 w/o female with relatively good health, but am taking lisinopril, meloxicam, sertraline, simvistatin, and Vit D. I am a smoker. I am also a staff nurse in a hospital, so I am constantly on my feet working.
