What Causes Persistent Chyluria Despite Taking Medication?

Hi I am 38 years old man . I have been suffering from chyluria for last 5 month. I did some tes t of my urine and found chyluria +, albumin +, pus cell plenty .color of my pee is milky. Sometimes my urinery track block by visible fat & it creats obustacle urination. Already i have taken some medicine alongwith Ivermectin 100mg as per advised my doctor but no improvement is seen yet pls advised me what should i do?

Hi,

It could be a sign of urethritis or fungal infection. Consult a physician and plan for a urine culture. Fungal culture also be done. Nothing much to worry and you will definitely improve with antibiotics.
