Hello,

Thank you for the question and welcome to Healthcaremagic!

Pregnancy will not cause pelvic pain. Ovulatory pain will on 14 day of your cycle counting from day 1 of your last bleeding period and is located either right or left side of your navel. Your complains seem like PMS pain which most women face. Take simple pain killer like paracetamol and take rest.

Hope this helped with your query.
