General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is not related to surgery.

Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

If symptoms persist better to consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated. In that case, you might require anti-anxiety drugs like Clonazepam.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
