What Causes Pancreatic Failure And Non Functioning Of All Organs?

My brother-in law was admited to a hospital in bangalore yesterday as he had stomach ach. Today doctors are telling as there was a pancreas failure all the organs have stopped functioning. What do we do now? We are shocked? Is this possible

Is he alcoholic? Yes, it is possible that pancreatitis with multi-organ failure.

This condition may be due to pancreatitis with septicemia or hemolysis or hypotension or electrolyte imbalance or shock.

So please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
