Hello,
High blood pressure &
high cholesterol can trigger any developing cardiac pathology & cause discomfort or palpitations. Your blood pressure is fluctuating, rising & falling irregularly. Its indicative of some developing pathology. You can control your blood pressure by exercising regularly, take optimum amount of sodium in your diet, abstain from addictions(alcohol, caffeine,
smoking, etc). To control cholesterol eat healthy boiled home made food & avoid junk food, red meat & dairy products, refined flour. Take veggies, fruits, berries. Take a low
carbohydrate diet.
However, you are suggested to get physically examined, get CBC,
Urinalysis, Lipid function tests, ECG, Echo, MRI has to be done to rule out any developing cardiac pathology before it becomes life-threatening.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K,
