Hello, I have a 3 yr old little boy who is irritable, very pale, can become lethargic barely eats for days. It concerns me how little he is & even though he presents to be a healthy looking boy besides the pale skin I know there is something wrong. Within the last few months his temperament & personality has changed. He s regressed from being a confident boy to always being frighten & very timid.Could he have a food intolerance? Even though he does not complain of soreness in the stomach or problems with bowel movements. Very interested to get an opinion & any ideas as to looking into this. Thank you kindly Jo
