I ve recently detected a painfull lump behind my left ear and for about the past year been having migraines on the left side of my head.I have also recently noticed some painful bumps on the left side of my tongue. I have difficulty swallowing and am always clearing my throat. I do not know if these syptoms are related but everything seems to be occuring on my left side. I have also been to the dr. recently for chronic fatigue. Iam a 33 year old female. I am5 2 and weigh 125lbs. I am pretty healthy otherwise.

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

The symptoms like difficulty in swallowing , lump behind the ear and tongue sore are probably due to a condition in which immune system become week , which further occur due various reasons . Due to weakness of immune system lymphnodes behind the tongue and tonsils inside throat get infected very easily . Same is the reason for tongue sores . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , throat swab test along with other test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin and penicillin ) at least for 10 days along with vitamin supplements to boost the immunity . Also consult neurologist for migraine . For now do warm saline gargles several times a days , dring plenty of water and take proper rest .

Hope this will help.
Regards.
