What Causes Painful Boils On Pubic Region?

I don't know whether i've come to the right place for advice but here's hoping. I've been married for 17 years and my wife used to enjoy me masturbating her and giving her oral sex, The problem is that ever since the birth of our eldest child who is now 15 if i touch my wife in that area with anything other than my penis she comes out in painful boils. it sounds stupid i know but i feel that i'm not giving my wife as much pleasure as i used to, i feel that i am on the receiving end of all the pleasure. Does this problem mean her body is lacking some mineral, is it psycological? Or is it my fault?

It could be because of inflamed hair follicle or abscess.
So it is better to get it examined by a gynaecologist.
She also has to maintain proper hygiene.
