What Causes Pain While Passing Urine?

My girlfriend is complaining about bad sensation when finishing urinating, when hearing water, sometimes the bad unclear sensation apears when wanting to urinate. I fear it could be because of a bacteria that got in the vaginal area during anal and then vaginal sex without proper cleaning. Doctor, what is your diagnosis ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Pain while urinating could be a symptoms of urinary tract infection (cystitis, urethritis) or stone in bladder or urethra.
I advice you to go for urine routine, microscopic and culture and USG ro confirm the diagnosis.
I will give following advice in this type of case:
Tablet septran plus nitrozolium, tablet pyridium and syrup cidal.
Wash vaginal area with warm salted water. Always empty the bladder completely.
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
So reported to GP or gynecologist for proper treatment.
Hope this may help you
