General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to lumbo sacral spinal disc problems. This can cause nerve compression syndromes and give pain or burning sensation from lower back till legs. Physical examination by orthopedician and followed by X ray and MRI if required will be required to rule out this. Muscle relaxants, neurotropic drugs like pregabalin and methylcobalamin as well as physiotherapy will be helpful to clear this.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
