What Causes Pain On The Testicles After Intercourse?

Hi, I am a 27 yr old white male. the very next night after i had intercourse i was getting pain in my left scrotum just above my left testicle. i havent had any burning while urinating. i told some friends about it and they would joke with me that I have chlamydia. very rarely i sometimes have the urge to urinate but dont have to. I am always checking to see if there is any discharge. I havent been to the doctor because i dont have insurance. I do have penicillin vk 500 mg at home though. Does this sound like chlamydia? please help!!

HI
Well come to HCM
Testicle pain may not be due to the history of infection, this could to trauma during the coitus, this could be the near possible reason can be considered, this may come around on its own, if pain does not subside then this need to be examined clinically or can be tried with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, take care and have a nice day.
