Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I started with jaw/face pain on the right side on Monday. I have been taking 800 mg of ibuprofin every 6 hours but it really doesn't seem to be helping. The pain has come and gone and onset is fast as is when it goes away. I have been exhausted since Monday and falling asleep uncharacteristically early (8:30pm compared to 10-11pm). Today, I now feel light headed and my fingers feel a little tingley. I have been sneezing but don't have any congestion or other cold symptoms. I don't know if I have a fever but don't think so. I have felt slightly short of breath but think it could be stress/anxiety.
I would suggest you to consult an ENT Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like sinus x rays or MRI Scan can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now if pain is not relieved with Ibuprofen you can take stronger painkillers like Tramadol and do steam inhalations..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.

As of now if pain is not relieved with Ibuprofen you can take stronger painkillers like Tramadol and do steam inhalations.. Hope this information helps.. Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
