What Causes Pain On The Armpit And Breasts With Fibromyalgia?

I am 35, have 1 baby of 11 years, to who I have breast feeding till 12 months. I was trying to move furnitures when I first got pain inside my right armpit. It never really went away. Then I noticed a small lump inside my right armpit. 2 months afterwards same happens to my left armpit, but this time not associated with pulling of any furnitures. My breasts pain very much 1 week or so at the end of my menstrual cycle and so does these 2 points in my armpits. But with periods my breasts become normal, except nowadays I have a painful point upon touching in both my breasts. I don t have anyone in my family with breast cancer. I have fibromyalgia, and depression too.

Hello,

It could be a part of fibromyalgia. As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
