What Causes Pain Inside & Sides Of The Penis?

my penis hurts on the inside and on the left side. when i touch it, i cant feel it. but when my penis erects, i can feel the pain a little bit. it is normal when i pee and ejaculate. and there is no swelling, bruising on the outside. i dont know what happens to it
