hi, I am suffering from wounds in food pipe, i vomit three times a day i feel pain in throat, stomach and in my heart.doctor give me medicine but I feel its not effect
my doctor recomend me rabixian capsule twice a day and tepride three time a day before 15 mint of meal. I am female 30year old and singlr

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Vomiting 3 times a day can cause esophagitis by the corrosive action of gastric acid and also can cause wounds in food pile and pain in the throat.

Rabeprazole or Rabixin can help you the best although it may take some time before the required action comes on. Till then also take an antacid every 3 hours to protect the mucosa of stomach and esophagus.
Small frequent feeds of soft and bland diet.
Control of stress and anxiety.
No alcohol, no smoking.
Upper GI endoscopy and tests of blood and stool.
Further management as per the findings.
