What Causes Pain In The Upper Back After Gall Bladder Surgery?

previously gall bladder stone. operation done.
for a few days suffered from serious full back pain. dr give me pregablin 150 the lower back pain gone but the pain in upper back still remains.
report shows high esr, crp and low hb. other reports (TC,DC,SUGAR, URIC ACID, MT TEST 1:10000)though are normal.

Seems in relation with mild inflammatory issue in gall bladder fossa region or neurotic component or related to liga clip and others.

Strongly suggest to get an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis done to get perfect diagnosis and further management accordingly.
