What Causes Pain In The Right Shoulder Blade?

Hello there.my name is Steve I m 52. I have had several pain in my right shoulder blade down my arm to my elbow with numbness at my fingers for the pass few weeks.i haven t​ been injured it just started hurting one day and hasn t eased up yet.what should I do .

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
The pain from shoulder blade to arm.. hand &fingers along with numbness can be due ti cervical spondylitis causing pressure/irritation to the nerve supplying to affected parts.
You would need Xray/MRI for confirmation. The treatment includes NSAID pills like Ibuprofen twuce a day.over the counter&
vitamin B12 /steroid injection locally /physiotherapy.
Please consult a spinal orthopedic surgeon.
