General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Reasons include: ureteric calculus, developing hernia, lymph nodes, nerve irritation from underlying inflammation, part of manifestation of systemic neuropathy, and others.

Require thorough physical examination and supportive data as ultrasound, MRI of the local part as per the clinician evaluation to reach the diagnosis and manage accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Pate
