What Causes Pain In The Lower Back?

Hello my name is Erin. I am 14 years old and I am expirienceing excrutiating back pain. The pain is always there and when is worsens my arms and legs go numb. I have experienced no change in bowels though. We have been in and out of Childrens Hospital i went to a neurosuregon. They did MRI's on the full spine and brian, they found a tethered spinal cord but determing that wasnt the source of my pain. Then i was sent to an orthopedic surgen. again no help. Finally i was sent to a Rhumotologist. We ruled out all types of arthritus and any other joint related syndroms. I need help. this is affecting my everyday activities. I cant do anything without hurting my baack more. I was think it might be a micotoxin of some sort adn maybe an infectous disease doctor could help. it might also be and infection in my spinal fluid because the pain dosnt travel anywhere but the middle of my spine. Help me please.
