What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Delayed Periods?

45 year old female. Tubal ligation 21 years ago. I am 7 days late with my period. Never ever late, always regular or early. Last month a regular cycle. Experiencing lower back aches, mild cramps, bloating, loose stools, frequent urination, stomach grumbling, no pain, but no discharge was present during my fertile time that I remember. Could I have suddenly become menopausal?

Do you have fever ?
For other problem , like backache, frequent urination, abdomen discomfort if not releave should exclude any infection.
