What Causes Pain In The Legs And Heels?
I havefoot and leg pain for a year now it s gotten worse by the day and restricted what I can do it started in my heels .now in sides of foot feels like my muscles are stretched to the max in the back of my calfs it s so bad when I get up from sitting I feel like I can t walk . Pain wakes me up at night and is Constant pain never goes away I am a CNA so I m on the go and on my feet 12 plus hour a day

it appears to be neurological problem. back of calf can be varicose vein or thrombo phlebitis. avoid standing for long time and apply crape bandage. get examined by surgeon and if requered surgery can be planned.. can take some rest from your walking job.can take ecosprin for preventing thrombus formation. can take war fin while sleeping raise your leg by giving pillow.
