What Causes Pain In The Legs And Arms While Suffering From Depression?

I am a 30 year old female who suffers from major depression and OCD. Usually I can get out of a depressed state within a day, but I have been severely depressed for three days. I am experiencing leg, ankle, and arm pain with this depression. I am also experiencing menstrual cramps and I feel hot flashes off and on. I am wondering what kind of condition I could be experiencing?

Hello,
I hope you are better today.

Depression is very common in our age. First of all, do not worry about it.
At so.e phase or the other in life, all of us go through it. It is just a state of mind.

Self motivation is the key to treat depression.
Follow a regular routine for meditation. Go out for a walk ( I know you won't feel like going out, but push yourself and I am sure you will feel better)

If you feel the symptoms are severe , there is no harm in consulting a psychiatrist and take antidepressants.

Take care. Listen to some good music or a motivational speech.
