What Causes Pain In The Left Testicle?

I m suffering from a growing pain in my left testicle since last three month. I started feeling the pain when coughthree month ago, I thought it is because of muscle contraction due to rigorous coughing
please suggest me what action do I need to take

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Good to know you have noted the relation between the cough and the pain in testicle...
This looks to be a pinched / compressed nerve in the fibrosed muscles supplying the scrotum.
You can try gabapentin under the care of a Doctor as you need a prescription for it.
If this does not help , you may undergo exploration of the course of this nerve to release it.
Another possibility of a hernia should be kept in mind
