What Causes Pain In The Joints While Suffering From Tuberculosis?
My wife has been diagnosed with TB and is taking treatment but today she phoned me while at work to say her body joints are painful and the head aches, and later phoned me to say she is nose bleeding... what should be the cause for all that if I may ask Doctor?

It may be a side effects of anti tubercular drug lake Pyrazinamide cause hyperuricemia and pain.
Other possibilities like tuberculosis if the joint or viral Fever with thrombocytopenia etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Use anti pyretics medication, use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor immediately he will examine and treat you accordingly.
