What Causes Pain In The Chest Radiating To The Back?
i hAVE been having chest pain that radiates in my back (left side down my arms and shoulders. a few days ago my whole left side felt very weak. i went to the emergency with bp of 131/89, my usual bp is 110/70 (im 23 years old/female). they ran blood test and was told i had low hemoglobin and could be the cause of my chest pain so i had a blood transfusion. i went back to the hospital the next day because the pain was still there, my bp was then 137/89. they gave me meds and it went down. they havent seen anything abnormal in my results yet i still have on and off chest pain and back pain. im reading my results and amylase says H im assuming for high) 112 comparing it to 28-100 u/L and my tropnin is 0.02 compared to =0.06 ug/L what does this mean and what can be wrong. im about 130 pounds and 5 1
As per your clinical report and blood test report(high serum amylase). You may be suffering from Acute Pancreatitis which spill over symptoms to lungs, which is the cause of pain in the chest and shoulder. Do CT abdomen and other blood tests and treatment.
