General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you are having constipation and haemorrhoids. As this has been going on for a while now, I think you should get a few diagnostic tests in order to get the right diagnosis and treatment:

- abdominal ultrasound
- digital examination
- colonoscopy
- complete blood count
- urine analysis

After evaluating the results we can decide on best treatment strategy. For the moment, I can only advise taking good personal hygiene. Avoid constipation. Each time you have a bowel movement, should apply prep H around the anus and inside the rectum.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
