That was Thursday and you still have a funny feeling in the Urethra and the testicles. You are wondering what to expect from the effects of the medication. Is it normal that you still have that uncomfortable pain in it? Your history is suggestive of epididymo-orchitis and it takes time for resolution of such infections. It can take weeks together. I would also advise you the following: Cystoscopy. Get urine tested for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity. Blood tests. Color doppler with ultrasonography of the scrotum and abdomen particularly for genito-urinary system. An opinion of an Urologist helps. All these things will add on to proper diagnosis and better curative treatment.
