OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

While you are on birth control pills, there are very less chance of getting pregnant. You can have USG to find the cause of ovarian pain or cause of pain. Do UPT after a week of delay of pregnancy. Yoga, healthy food and massage will be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
