What Causes Pain In Nose And Head After Being Hit On Face?

A friend of mine stumbled into me so I flew into a wall with my face first on Saturday night. It really hurt but I didnt have any nose bleed. Now its Monday night and the nose and head still hurts. I seldom have any headaches but now it hurts in all the front of my head... Not super bad but I feel it all the time.
Shold I contact a doctor?

Hi, The blunt injury on scalp and forehead causes subcutaneous facia compression/ contusion with micro bleeds because of high blood supply. Since ther are no space between skin and underlying bone the impact will be ther on periosteal covering so the pain is more. Apply some ice cubes daily twice , do not give pressure again , take some analgesics like brufen+paracetamol may be helpful. Take care.
