What Causes Pain In My Chest Near The Collar Bone?

Occasionally I experience discomfort in my upper left chest near my collar bone. At times the discomfort is in my shoulder and my left arm. I don't have any of the defined heart attack symptoms but do have some gas problems. It is scary when the discomfort occurs. I am a 60 year old female in excellent health. I do not take any medications. I have had a stress test and electrocardigram. My Dr. does not seem to be alarmed but what can I do or how can I find out what is casing the discomfort.

You will need chest xray to find out if anything is wrong in your lungs. Also if chest pain is increasing with movement then in that case I would think that cause of your chest pain is related to muscle/join.
