What Causes Pain In Lower Pelvis And Rectal Bleeding?

i have had bad pains in lower pelivis for over a mounth now and some rectal bleeding and changes in my bowels i was admittied into hospital and had tests done xrays and ultasounds which all came back clear im still in pain and would like to know what is causing all this pain .
