My periods are very irregular which stinks. At the age of 12 I got my period and since then my periods were very heavy and lasting for like more than 2 weeks or coming twice a month and I have to change my pad every 4 times a day. lately after my march period finished I had this ongoing unusual brown discharge everyday until my April period started. My boobs they get very sore I feel sick(nausea) sometimes. I am constipated and I am on Ava 20 ED.

Hi,

The symptoms you are experiencing could be due to several conditions, and it would be best to see a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis. The pain in your lower abdomen and lower back that radiates down your right leg could be due to a herniated disc, sciatica, or other conditions affecting your nerves.

The irregular periods, heavy bleeding, and brown discharge could be due to hormonal imbalances, uterine fibroids, polyps, or other gynecological conditions. Breast soreness and nausea are also common symptoms of hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle. Constipation may be a separate issue or related to the underlying condition causing your other symptoms. Consult a doctor and find out your diagnosis before getting appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
