What Causes Pain In Lower Back?

Hi, my name is Erica and I m 56 years old. In June I started having pain in the center of my lower back and after that I started having prickling, stabbing burning sensations in my toes, also tightness around my right ankle which came upwards towards my calf. Now, my ankles have a burning sensation on the inside. Recently I ve had blood tests done and my AlT is 32. If you could please provide me with any information as to what could be going on I would appreciate it. Thank you!

Dear , for your info , obesity is also a major factor affecting pain in back .your back pain is not an unusual happening . every 3rd person is suffering from this more or less .

Take lemon juice twice a day with water ,and a pinch of salt & pepper
Turmeric is Antioxidant and antiinflammatery , take a level spoon with a cup of hot milk at bed time and with BF .

Drink plenty of water to enhance the height of your intervertebral disks. Since your body is composed mostly of water, staying hydrated will keep you full with fluid and reduce stiffness.

Aloe vera also is great antioxidant to give strength to your immune system .

Always stretch back wards before any strenuous physical activity. engage in a regular stretching program gently .
Do all back bending exercises Be careful , not to stretch in front .
