What Causes Pain In Latissimus Dorsi Flap And Hip Stiffness While Having IBS?

Hello. I ve been experience pain in my lattisimus dorsi along with hip stiffness and discomfort in my tailbone. I ve also been experiencing less frequent bowel movements than I am used to. I have irritable bowel syndrome and am uncertain if that is playing a role.

Dear , for your info , constipation is the main culprit causing ill health
and that is due to our faulty life style and food habits we fall prey to different unpleasant pains like situations .

Increasing the amount of fiber in your diet can help control constipation. High-fiber foods include fresh fruits (raspberries, pears, apples), fresh vegetables (carrots, leafy greens), wheat bran, and whole-grain breads and cereals. Beans such as kidney, pinto, and garbanzo are also high-fiber foods. So are vegetables such as peas, cabbage, and broccoli . Antioxidants like Garlic ,ginger , lemon juice , Amla , Aloe Vera , black pepper and lot of water to detox are help full to alley gas & pains .

Getting more exercise can make your symptoms less severe. Exercise also can improve your quality of life (especially how well you sleep, your energy level, and your emotional and social life .

Getting more exercise doesn't have to be hard. Increased activity level by adding 20 to 60 minutes of moderate- to vigorous-intensity physical activity, activities such as swimming, jogging, cycling, walking , yoga , pranayam meditation leaves your body and mind calm strong healthy with strong immune system , which assures disease free life .
Doing is believing .Do and see the result .
Avoiding Tea ,coffee , alcohol , smoking , dehydration, too much of over work , anxiety ,anger constipation is a better bet for healthy future .
