What Causes Pain In Forearms?

Hello. My forearms feel bruised and tender inside - the muscle part. Fibromyalgia and arthritis runs in my family. I am a 23 yr old male. I tried to put heat on them but it didn t seem to help. It is very painful and just came on quickly. Do you have any suggestions for pain relief besides pain reliever?

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hi,

See it may be due to many reasons, like recent injury or allergic reaction or swelling that indicates acute inflammation... first we need to rule out muscle injury, my suggestion is to undergo physiotherapy treatment for 15 days, and take an ultrasound and tens therapy. Meanwhile, take yoga and pranayama techniques which will balance the body systems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
