What Causes Pain In Foot And Numbness In Toes?

I have dull achy pain in my foot and sometimes my leg on the left side. I was a smoker and am wondering if this is due to poor circulation. My toes go numb when cold and take a long time to thaw out. I have the same problem with my fingers and they turn white for a while, too. Thanks

Hello,

The pain in foot and numbness of the toes can be related to smoking. This can be due to poor blood circulation. You also need to get your Vitamin B12 levels evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
