General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi!
Welcome to HCM!
How trivial a head injury may be you have to be very cautious in observing certain things after the trauma. Since you do not have any history of losing consciousness, no vomiting, no headache but you started getting severe pain in the ear with bleeding so the cause of bleeding and ear ached should be properly investigated.
kindly consult a surgeon for proper assessment and treatment.
Regards!
