This is very serious. Occasionally, blow to the head may be severe enough to cause bleeding in the brain. This type of bleeding can cause an intracranial hematoma, a serious condition that puts pressure on the brain. Seek emergency medical attention if you experiences: unconsciousness, confusion or disorientation, vomiting, mood changes, memory loss, and persistent headache after head injury.
1.     Go to emergency ward of hospital
2.     Do not take ibuprofen as it might increase risk of bleeding
3.     Paracetamol 500 mg per oral when you feel headache
4.     Investigation
