Hi, I have a painful right buttock,groin and hip region. This pain radiates to the back of the thigh,the right side of the thoracic spine and the region of the right maxilla in front of the ear.I have done X-Rays and CT-Scans but they never revealed anything. I feel much pain after driving on gravel roads or after long distances on tarred roads and or also after bending for too long or walking for about 400 meters.

What other tests can be done other than ultra sound of the kidneys which reveled that everything was right?

What can treat this condtion?
