What Causes Pain In Back,legs And Finger Joints?

Hi, I m 29 years old.. Also suffering from hyperthyroid from last 7 years. for which i m taking 100mg thyroxin on daily basis. from last 1 month i am having severe pain in my back, legs and hands (Palm monstly). my fingers are paining in any kind of movement. some body told me that it is a starting of artheritist... i got my test as well. I m totally confused as is this pain is due to my thyroid profile or its artheritist....kindly help.
Mentioned below are the test result:
Glucose Fasting: 88 mg/dl (Ref range: 70:00 - 100:00)
Uric Acid: 4.30 mg/dl (Ref range: 2.6 - 6.6)
Rheumatoid Factor (RA), Serum: TSH Ulterasensitive : 6.058 IU/ml (Ref range : 0.550 - 4.78 IU/ml)
Anti Nuclear Antibody / Factor (ANA/ANF) (EIA) : 28.70 units ( Ref units : <20.00)

your profile appear normal.. u can go with esr/crp and s.anticcp antibody to rule out rehumatic pathology.. have u any morning stiffness in small joints ?? swelling in hands ??
