What Causes Pain In Back Radiating To The Heart?

Yes sir, thank you for this. I have a hollow like pain in the upper part of my back on the left side that seems to lead to my heart. I take two aspirins a day, that usually keeps it under control, but what concerns me is when I miss those aspirins that pain comes back the next day. Could thin be associated with something going on with my heart?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, aspirin is it self is analgesic medicine it this is really pain then obviously you would get relief from this but aspirin would be cure the underlying cause of pain and this need to be investigated and for that first thing you need to do is get done the EKG test and x-ray test, some time pain could be due to hyperacidity, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
