What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Vagina With Clear Liquid Discharge?

Hi I m 15 almost 16 weeks pregnant and the last two days off and on while I slept I had sharp pains in my left side and sharp pain in my vaginal area on and off too. Then early this morning I felt a need to pee then after I went pee I had a hush of uncontrollable clear fluid come out no bleeding but when I woke up I was running a 98.7 temperature and have a headache but also I had two cysts and didn t know if that was one breaking?

Hallow Dear,

White clear fluid (discharge) coming out with a gush from your vagina is indicative of some infection. If it was foul smelling discharge, infection diagnosis is confirmed. Your body temperature 98.7 is not very high to call a fever.

Any vaginal infection during pregnancy is risky for the pregnancy. The pain in the abdomen could be because of the high vaginal infection and/or urinary origin. So please report to the Gynaecologist ASAP and get treated. You may have to undergo a course of antibiotics, may be with Metronidazole. Along with Lactobacilli vaginal or perineal wash will help speedy recovery.

You should have been rather elaborate about the positions and type of the cysts. One or both of them rupturing can cause this discharge. Gynaecologist can diagnose it.

Urgency of urination may be due to urinary infection. Urine examination will give the evidence. Accordingly, further treatment will have to be planned.

So please report to your Gynaecologist, preferably with the report of urine examination.
