What Causes Pain During Bowels?

only happened last night, i had been out side and it was cold, i had been for a wee all ok. i got home went for a wee be for bed and at the end of having a wee it hurt, it is getting better not as bad today. why is it hurting? do i need to go to the doctors?

Black tarry stools indicate upper GI bleed. He should be investigated properly which includes Upper GI endoscopy, Hepatitis Profile etc.

Black tarry stools indicate upper GI bleed. He should be investigated properly which includes Upper GI endoscopy, Hepatitis Profile etc.
