Hi, I have been experiencing a dull aching pain in my right leg concentrated around the knee. I ve also noticed a tingling in my right foot that started around the same time as the leg pain. There was no physical trauma to either. None of the over the counter pain medications are helping and it has begun to wake me up at night. It has been going on for about 3 days now. Walking doesn t hurt, keeping the leg still starts to hurt after a few minutes in the same position, and walking down stairs is somewhat more painful. Any suggestions on how to relieve the discomfort.
