What Causes Pain Around The Head Of Penis?

Several months ago, I felt a sensation in my penis that resembled a grit being lodged near the head. Was not sure what it was but it subsided after several days. But, it has continued to flare up more frequently now and it feels like something is lodged in the urinary tract???? I have no issues with urination and there are no signs of STD s, so, is it possible that I have a stone? I don t want to have sex because of the pain. The last time that I had sex with my girlfriend, it felt like something ripped .

Understand your concern.
Following are the cause of your problem:
1. Urethritis
2. Ureteric stone
3. UTI
4. Prostatitis
5. Infection: syphilis, herpes
6. Balanitis
7. Hygiene problem
8. Bladder stone
9. Cancer of penis

You should consult the doctor and do test for all above diseasess like
USG abdomen
XRAY Pelvis
Prostate profile
Blood: CBC, ESR, Blood sugar
Urine : culture, routine and microscopic examination

Advice is below:
Drink plenty of water
Maintain hygiene before and after sex and urination
Wear pure cotton loose innerwear
Apply moisturize lotion
Apply one man one formula
Tablet diclofenac for pain
Tablet septarn three times a day for 4 days
Wash penis with warm water with added salt 4-5 times a day
Eat fruits like papaya, orange and pomegranate.

After diagnosis you should take proper treatment
