What Causes Pain And Swelling In Heel?
I was wondering if I fractured or just bruised my heel bone. I fell off a ladder last week and there was little bruising in my heel area. I can walk but feel pain when I put I put pressure on my heel. There was very little swelling and I have been icing it and soaking it in epsom salt all week.

Kindly visit the ER room of a hospital & get an X-ray of the affected part. There my be a fracture of the heel bone. Get proper treatment thereafter.
