General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have a history of Sjogren's syndrome, Fibromyalgia & thyroid disease. Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is a common cause of pain & swelling complicated with venous insufficiency. Get tested for ABI (Ankle-brachial index) It is triggered by Fibromyalgia & thyroid disorder.

Water retention is a symptom of hypothyroidism. Get treated for hypothyroidism & take the prescribed medications. Restrict salt intake & maintain optimum body temperature.

Get physically examined, get evaluated & be treated. Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected. Stay away from addictions & junk food. Take adequate rest & stay hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
