General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about 4 year old male, 5'7'' and 243 lbs - having pain and stiffness in the back - night sweats - sleeps only for 3 hours due to back pain and stiffness.
With the history you have provided you look to be obese which is one of the reasons for back ache.
This is usually due to muscle spasms or inter-vertebral arthralgia.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an opinion of your Doctor, examination and investigations like MRI of the back.
Anti-inflammatory with pain killer property.
Local rubrafacient liniment.
If no relief, an opinion of a Gastroenterologist and further investigation and management.
I find this answer helpful
